Guest guest
Dear Krishna Singh Khalsa, How do I get the "stick figure" hip opener exercises that you mentioned? I need them as well. If it doesn't work to attach them here you can email them to me at yogabonheur. Sat Nam, Nampreet Kaur
Guest guest
Sat Nam, if you able to please use it mindfully and safely, the file is on this forum website in the " Files " section, titled " Pelvic Opening Exercise.png. " Please be advised that instructional cautions with the exercise are meant to be followed. There are one or two others I know of taught by Yogiji that aren't, apparently, in general circulation. I think it is wise to check with a good local physical therapeutic practitioner, and have some loosening or releasing, relaxing bodywork. Even Reiki or Sat Nam Rasayan. If the groin and surrounding areas are tight or locked (with the insane sexual culture we live in, for a woman " not to be tight " there would be a miracle or sign of advanced yoga and self-integration. So, this is a cultural disease requiring real self-kindness and care to work appropriately. many Blessings to you, Krishna Singh Kundalini-Yoga , Yoga Bonheur <yogabonheur wrote: > > Dear Krishna Singh Khalsa, > How do I get the " stick figure " hip opener exercises that you mentioned? > I need them as well. > If it doesn't work to attach them here you can email them to me at yogabonheur > > Sat Nam, > Nampreet Kaur >
