ROMA YOGA ASHRAM

August 15th/26th

 

A wonderful occasion to experience community life, blessed by the

energy of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, in the heart of

Rome, surrounded by history and the magical atmosphere of the Roman

Forum and the Colosseum, just a ten minute walk from the ashram.

 

The Ashram schedule includes regular Morning Sadhana, breakfast, and

one evening class and meditation.

On August 26th we will join the international Sangat in the worldwide

simultaneous meditation for Yogi Bhajan's birthday.

 

Roma Yoga Ashram is also a healing center, specialized in Sat Nam

Rasayan and Tantric Numerology.

 

Rates per person:

300 Euro for ten Days

(includes yoga classes, basic accommodation, breakfast and three

guided tours of the city)
