Guest guest
Sat nam. I had a student approach me about a drink called Mona Vie. It is a puree blend of 13 fruits that you drink twice daily. I hadn't heard of it before and was wondering if anyone else had had this experience. Apparently it is more well known in the United States than Canada. Also, I had a student who is battling anxiety and she is wondering if there are any particular asanas or meditations that she might be able to do to aid her. Her doctor prescribed medication and she would rather do some alternative treatments first. She is open to different treatments but in the end would like to have the skills herself to help herself - in lieu of someone else doing the healing on her. Another student is seeking a meditation that would help her focus on her large project at hand. She is a student and is struggling with her major study. Is there is meditation that would help her focus and gain clarity as to the direction and wording that the end paper shall take? I mentioned that many meditations are for guidance and intuition might be appropriate for this. I look forward to any thoughts on these. Thank you and many blessings, Santokh Kaur
Guest guest
Sat Nam, Re: battling anxiety - I have had the same problems lately and 2 best ways I know of (and they really work) are: Kirtan Kriya which can be found on this page of the Kundalini Yoga Info Cntr: http://www.kundaliniyogainfocntr.com/page/Kundalini+Yoga+Mantras+H+-+K She will learn exactly how to do Kirtan Kriya. I do it every night before sleeping and recently about 3 times a day as I was going through something. It really smoothes your mind out and you can even gain focus and direction after using it. The 2nd thing you can do is use EFT. Go to this Emofree and down load a FREE PDF manual show eactly how to do EFT. This is 3 minute method of taping with the fingers on energy merdians on face and hand, that will resolve everything. I have used it for panic attacks, asthma, colds, memories, emotions -- it is wonderful and can be found here: http://www.emofree.com/ Blessings, Sat Avtar kaur Bothell, Wa
Guest guest
Mona Vie is alright as a general antioxident drink if you do not have a budget and have not purified your diet from pasteurized foods. However, it is a pasteurized so it is enzyme dead. In addition, a friend in the antioxident/adaptogen import business indicated that there is a very low ORAC value and that there is at most 8oz of Acai per 24 oz container. The drink costs about $33 a 24 oz bottle. Furthermore, there have been bad batches and it contains trace shellfish ingredients. My neighbor turned into a purple smurf with hives after drinking a bad bottle. The MLM person who was recruiting him had it happen to 2 other people at the same time. His doctor also knew of 1 or 2 more cases. I doubt it is a huge risk, prob a localized problem here though. It is also a MLM scam, so I would recommend avoiding Mona Vie. Multi-level marketing economic structure is almost always a ripoff. Occasionally, some people make money early on, but in general the economic structure of MLM companies is such that they have to charge about 500% of the comparable store prices. -- W. Guest guest
Hi There, Following this train of thought I was wonderng what anyone has heard about the Young LIving Essential Oils as well as a related product within the line called Ningia Red. I myself have had very good expeiences with these oils and supplements but would like to find out anything negative about the products before I start to recommend them to anyone else. They are also sold through direct marketing so that is what makes me nervous about them. Thanks for your input! Jane Bentley
Guest guest
I have written before about Ningxia Red, as I am a distributor for a couple of years now. I mostly use the products for me and my family and the oils in my massage business. We have cured all sorts of illnesses and things with them. We take the Ningxia Red "religiously" and it has improved my eyesight and my husband's eyesight (our eye doctor can't believe it!) -- and has prevented us from getting sick when others around us are falling down ill. There was practically an epidemic last year at the post office where my husband works where people were literally having to leave work they were so sick. My husband (who used to always get sick) never got sick. He only attributes it to the Ningxia Red that he takes because he wasn't doing anything else differently. I never worry about signing anyone else up because it's not a mandatory thing when you become a distributor as it is with other companies. They figure the products speak for themselves and if you tell other people about them and they want to try them, they will join because they can save money by joining. We never push anyone, but several people have signed up based on our testimonies and by trying some samples we have given them. Ningxia Red has the highest ORAC rating on the planet today - way higher than Noni Juice, Mangostein and Goji juice. As a matter of fact, those products don't even rate a showing on the scale for antioxidant value and Ningxia Red is practically off the chart. I'm happy to send you information if you email me directly. Guru Jiwan Kaur Corrales, NM

Guest guest
Thank you for the Anit-Anxiety Meditation. Is there an asana, mudra or dhristi to perform? Is there a specified time? In gratitude, Jagatjeet Kaur
