Sat Nam,

Among the cold curatives which I have found most beneficial is

the simple one of HOT lemon juice, honey and HOT cayanne pepper.

Although I began taking this remedy in the early 70's - the concern

is now whether one's stomach is able to withstand the potency of this

healing combination.

Sat Sirtan Kaur is so very wise in her mention of dairy products and

in addition would comment that finding organic products is also of

much benefit.

Be Well. Keep up, DJK
