Guest guest
My teacher always did this. These are chants for protection. I do them in each class, too. They translate to "I bow to the Primal Wisdom. I bow to the Wisdome of the Ages. I bow to the True Wisdom. I bow to the Great Unseen Wisdom." When I first started Kundalini Yoga classes I had a lot of traumatic emotion bubbling up. My teacher started adding these after tuning in, and I have continued...once I released the emotion and became stronger, the deep sadness vanished. Guest guest
During my teacher training, we would chant Ad Guray Namay to begin the session after a substantial break (such as lunch), to refresh the protection we invoked with the Adi Mantra in the morning before beginning the day.
