Guest guest
I clicked on the link you gave...the person writing these criticisms could say the same about a Hatha Yoga class. If you practice KY correctly, and mindfully, you won't hurt yourself. You have to listen to your body, stay consistent with your practice, and slowly and gently allow the enery to heal you. The writer of this website sounds threatened. KY has greatly increased my awareness and cleaned out my chakras. Beginners need to start at the beginning. This style is not like other yogas. It takes an open mind and correct application. For me, it's been life-changing. I now faced things I used to run from...my body feels electric and pain free. I struggled at first, but it was worth the bumps. SatPal Kaur
