Guest guest
Sat nam everyone-- I'd like to share this video of YB posted on You Tube by Gurumustuk Singh on Sudarshan Kriya. I know there have been several people have inquired about this kriya in the past. Its also funny, and he talks about the proper pronouncation of 'Wahe Guru', giving props to the Canadians on the side. On the Canadian Vein, I also stumbled upon this last week. http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT00482482?recr=open & cond=%22Dysthymic+Disor\ der%22 & rank=7 In Ontario, they are holding a clinical trial of Sudarshan Kriya in the treatment of Unipolar, chronic and bipolar depression. As someone who has suffered from these conditions, I am so happy that these technologies are beginning to get the attention of the Western medical world. Its truly a sign of hope for what can come in the future as we continue to practice and share these great medical meditations. I just finished 90 days of sodarshan post solstice, so something in me must want to spread the knowledge. I wanted to share all this with you on this day. We've had a few days of conversations on some tough subjects that have challenged our minds and positions as yogis. Its been humbling to follow this thread, and I am glad we have this forum where we can work though these issues. Peace to all, light to all, love to all Kehar Kaur
Guest guest
Sudarshan and Sodarshan are not the same thing. This study is for another type of yoga, not for sodarshan chakra kriya. All the same, it's very promising that yoga is getting funding for study!-Baba Singh
