Guest guest
Sat Naam, Next month, I'll be giving a short (30 min) Kundalini Yoga class to a group of boy scouts (ages 8 to 9). The number could be 10 to 30 boys. This is an " exposure to different cultures " kind of class, so I can do mantras, chanting etc etc. I would really appreciate any ideas on how to go about doing this. Has anyone worked with this age-group? If so, please send me your notes. Any and all ideas much appreciated. thanks in advance, waheguru waheguru waheguru waheguru.... Guest guest
Hi From Argentina I work with Children and Kids of that age... Chiildren love Adi Shakti Meditation- Connecting with mother earth will be an incredible experience with boy scouts, that, as far as I know, they are all day connected with nature´..isn it? I suggest to teach them how to breath, using metaphors ( the baloon belly really works! at the same time that you explain them how do we get the oxigen and how between plants, trees and nature, we need each other to live.... I love to work with kids, they are pure, thay are sponges, so what ever we teach to them , they will aprehend, even that we sometimes think thay they don´t... Regards and good luck....
