I've practiced with the book you mentioned, and also enjoy the sets in Ravi Singh's book Kundalini Yoga for Strength Success and Spirit. One is called Mastering Your Moods. The book is out of print, but some of my students have been able to find it used through Amazon. com. I find that most people need to work on the 3rd chakra and the 5th chakra...especially women in menopause.
