Sat Nam, Beautiful People,Spirit Rising, Chicago's premier Kundalini Yoga & Meditation studio, will be hosting the "Conscious Communication" module of the Level II KYTT in January & February of 2009! It's not too soon to start making your plans to visit us in the windy city for this transformative training, facilitated by Pritpal Kaur Khalsa.Training dates are Fri/Sat/Sun, January 23, 24, 25; and Fri/Sat/Sun, February 13, 14, 15.More details will be posted soon at www.spiritrisingyoga.com, including lodging and transportation suggestions for folks coming from out of town.
