Guest guest
Sat Nam- I am going to be teaching yoga classes on the Behavioral Health units of a local hospital. The students diagnosis (diagnosisis?) range from a 3 day commitment for severe depression to long term stays for schizophrenia, pedophilia or other phycosis. I am hoping for some suggestions or feedback from anyone else who has taught in a similar situation. Anything from which kriyas are helpful to how long relaxation should be...any thoughts would be appreciated as I start planning these classes. Thank you for your wisdom, Sat Nam Nirmal Kaur
