Off hand I have come up with New Lungs and Circulation, and other Lung and circulation kriyas but I would love some other suggestions. I am trying to build a good 8 week series out of it. thank you Sohan Kaur www.kundaliniteacher.com

Guest guest
" Abdominal Strengthening " in Sadhana Guidelines is good. " Conditioning Series " in Nirvair Singh's " Art, Science & Application of KY " is great. (Highly recommend that book! -- it has other good sets for athletes) Also, Beads of Truth, Bead Number 29 & 30, from 1976, has an article by Gurucharan Singh, " Athletics of Consciousness. " It shows a master set for athletes, similar to " Sat Kriya Workout " in Aquarian Teacher. Also shown is " Whistle Breath " for lung capacity (inhale through nose, exhale with a high pitched whistle, focusing the sound at the 3rd eye, hands in gyan mudra, 3-31 minutes); " 4/4 Breath " ; " Pulse Meditation " ( " Learning to Meditate " in AT) for concentration in action. Athletes also like " Nabhi Kriya " , " Strengthening the Aura " , and " Meditation for a Calm Heart. " (AT) Of course, breath of fire, spinal flexes and twists, life nerve stretches, stretch pose, boat pose (extended locust) for warmups are good. Good Luck! Guest guest
Sat Nam, Do you know if the issues of Beads of Truth that you refer to are still available for purchase, and if so, where? Thanks! Nirvair Kaur Kundalini-Yoga , " dcoma99 " <dcoma wrote: Abdominal Strengthening " in Sadhana Guidelines is good. Guest guest
There is a set called "Kundalini Calisthenics" that was very popular in the '70s. I don't know where it has been published but we have xerox copies of it. Very aerobic set and good workout. Sahib-Amar Kaur
Guest guest
Sat Nam Sahib-Amar, You have copies of that set ? Please share it with us. I think you could put it in this group's database.
