We will start a 40 day gentle fall food cleanse tomorrow called the Gentle Fall Foods Cleanse . In this cleanse you shift your awareness of eating by eliminating culprits like sugar and wheat, harder to digest foods like peanuts, meat, fish, eggs & poultry and heavier harder to digest cheeses. See support group below. Here are the dates and you can vary them as you need to. October 13th through November 21th for 40 days or October 23rd through November 21st for 30 days or November 2nd through November 21st for 20 days or November 7th through November 21st for 15 days or November 12th through November 21st for 10 days This cleanse incorporates beautiful fall food and greens, grains like spelt and kamut and the many others, but not ordinary wheat, sweeteners like agave syrup, honey, maple syrup, fructose and stevia work in small amounts, but not processed sugar.
