Guest guest Posted October 22, 2008 Report Share Posted October 22, 2008 Nirvair Singh's very good " KY for Athletes " DVD that Gurudatta offers shows the set called " Conditioning Series " that I mentioned, that is in Nirvair's book " The Art, Science & Applicaiton of KY " . The reason I recommend the book is because it also contains other varied sets that are also good for athletes. The choice is get the book, the DVD, OR you could get a set of DVD's (with or without the book).
