Guest guest
Sat Nam, All, I heard Yogi Bhajan say, in one of his last public lectures, that George Bush was not elected; he was installed. This unfortunately was true, in that only 9 Supreme court justices made the final decision about the 2000 election. Let us hope/pray that the final vote for whomever is elected,is truly the vote of the people's majority, and that each voice, each vote is counted, rather than what transpired in 2000. So here is a suggestion- The following meditation is a prayer circle. It can only be done on a new moon, full moon, or 11th day of the moon. It's done with 11 or more people. Next Wednesday is a new Moon(October 29th). It would be great if you teach or take yoga classes on this day, to have, or suggest that this meditation be part of your classes, or just get together with 11 people as a special meditation, for all to be heard, and for conscious systems of finance, government, transparency, regulation, etc. to be implemented. The Healing Ring of Tantra meditation, engages the individual voice of every participant and the group. It goes like this: participants sit in a circle and all hold hands--left palm is up, right palm is down. One at a time, each person sweetly, powerfully calls out, " Wah-hay Guroo " in a rhythmic monotone and the group answers, " Wah-hay Guroo " . Then the original person closes their part with chanting " Sat Nam. " Then the person to the left of who just chanted calls " Wah-Hay Guroo " in the same fashion, and the group answers back, " Wah-hay Guroo " ,and the individual again ends with " Sat Nam " , and so on, until all have individually chanted.Directional order of people goes clockwise around the circle. Should be done for 11 minutes, though time can be extended to include each participant. This ring is a special form of prayer, and can be used to generate and direct tremendous healing energy. Participants should focus minds to listen to each person's sound, acutely tune in to the call, and answer. When people pray together, the power of their numbers geometrically multiplies. if you have 11 people, you have the meditative prayer power of 121 people. If 20 people, it is squared(x 20) equalling 400 people, etc. When everyone's auras are merged in the experience, the prayers of each person are supported/enhanced by the whole focus power of the group. Note: This meditation will take place in Scottsdale, AZ, at our Gong & Chant event, next Wednesday, 10/29. If you're in the area, check www.satkartarmusic.com for event details.
