Sat Nam,

I am new to the group, and moved to the SF Bay Area two years ago (I

live in San Jose). I used to practice Kundalini Yoga with Gurmukh at

Golden Bridge in LA, and REALLY miss it. However, I cannot seem to find

any kundalini yoga classes or a 3ho center around here. I am willing to

drive into San Francisco, does anyone have any advice?

love,

Prajna

Sat naam,Welcome to the City. I have now been here for over two years myself, and have been teaching Kundalini Yoga at various times and places. See my website at http://www.nirvana-yoga.com for my upcoming classes and locations. Also you can email me off-list if you need any more information about Kundalini classes or other types of Yoga classes in the area.Om shanthiranjit kaur (elle d'orado)Kundalini-Yoga From: sakkDate: Fri, 24 Oct 2008 14:39:20 -0700 Re:where is the kundalini yoga in the bay area?

Sat Nam. There are Kundalini Yoga teachers all over the SF Bay Area, with some

in San

Jose, where you live, others in nearby cities, and everywhere else. The major

web site for

KY classes around the Bay Area is, as Sahib-Amar Kaur wrote,

http://www.bayareakundaliniyoga.com/. There is also a web site for the San

Francisco

Ashram which list many classes around the Bay as well, it is:

http://idoyoga.com/

Also the IKYTA and 3HO web sites list many teachers in the Bay Area

Welcome to the Bay Area
