I used to practice Kundalini Yoga with Gurmukh at Golden Bridge in LA, and REALLY miss it. However, I cannot seem to find any kundalini yoga classes or a 3ho center around here. There are Kundalini Yoga teachers all over the SF Bay Area, with some in San Jose, where you live, others in nearby cities, and everywhere else.
