Guest guest
About my report on tantric below, I think a lot of the 2,500 worldwide members of 3HO's international would love to hear more stories about yogis' experiences at various events. So, if you just finished Training, tell us about it. If you're in the middle of an awesome 40 days of a particular meditation, share why we may want to give it a try. If you're in the middle of an incredible yatra to India, blog about it with an email to kundalini-yoga . Spice up this , please, with how KY and its complementary technologies are making life interesting and uplifting for you.Blessings,Amar Atmajust did tantric Posted by: "Charles D. Frohman" cfroh cfroh Sat Oct 25, 2008 8:38 pm (PDT) Wow, just did another White Tantric - the one we host annually here in northern Virginia. It wasn't terribly difficult, but it was tantric, and, thus, incredibly provocative to my inner soul, and completely releasing in terms of any (silly) hangups that had been dragging me down. Thank you Yogi Bhajan for bringing this technology to the West. A couple nice treats about this version today was the "walking up the mountain" song, Gurudass' and Krishna's ode to Summer Solstice, and two consecutive naps with Rakhe Rakhanhar somewhere in the ether. Of course there were some challenging meditations in the middle, but I prefer to think about the saatvic ending. Tantrics occur worldwide every year. The schedule and details are at www.whitetantricyog a.com. Blessings, Amar Atma Charles D.
