Thanks Hari Karam for reminding members that setting their reception criteria to "daily digest" will reduce the number of emails to just one email per day, instead of an email for each post, which is what some unfortunate members are getting because they signed up for "individual emails" when they joined. As creator, over the past 3 years I've switched every "new" member to daily digest, assuming that most yogis were new to and thus didn't know any better. I doubt that someone signed up for "individual emails" really wants an email every time someone posts. That just invites a flood of emails. If you want to fix your settings, just click on your name at "membership", at the website for the . Sat Nam,

Some people have been complaining that they receive a lot of unwanted

email via this list. FYI, there is a setting on the web

page that allows you to get this as an “email digest which means

you get one email per day, with all the day’s emails included within.

It comes with a handy linked table of contents of what’s inside so

you only have to read what you want...

Hope this wasn’t too obvious...It might save some people a little headache.

Gratefully,

Hari Karam Singh
