Guest guest
Sat Nam everone. One of my studets has problems with her lower backm, which curves inwards more than it would/should naturally do (hyperlodosis). Therefore, she has problems sitting up straight for the entire time of class. Are there any exercises or maybe even kriyas I can recommend to her? Thanks for your help. Guest guest
Yes: strengthen the navel. Focus on alignment as per Guru Prem Singh's book Divine Alignment, and avoid backbends like cobra, which if done without proper alignment can exacerbate the problem.
