Postdoctoral Research Position Opening

 

We are recruiting a postdoctoral research fellow to conduct research

projects evaluating the therapeutic benefits of yoga practices in

PTSD, music performance anxiety and in public schools. The Harvard

medical area has a strong research community in the fields of mind-

body and alternative medicine, allowing for a wealth of potential

research collaborations and clinical training in these fields. As a

research fellow at Brigham and Women's Hospital, an affiliate

institution of Harvard Medical School, the candidate will also hold

an appointment as a Research Fellow in Medicine at Harvard Medical

School. Completed graduate training with a Ph.D., Psy.D. or M.D. in

physiology, psychology, psychiatry, behavioral medicine or a related

field is required. Experience in the conduct of human research,

grant writing, biostatistics and yoga and meditation are considered

valuable assets for this position. Salary level will be commensurate

with research experience. Send (preferably via email) a statement of
