I am wanting to share with you this great opportunity to come to

Northern California this January 2009 for a Kundalini Yoga camp for

women. This camp will inspire you for the new year and offer the

support and grace that we all need in each year for changes, life

events, relationship and family growth.

We are offering a Women-In-Training Weekend in northern California for

women with all levels of Kundalini Yoga experience.

If you are a woman, we invite you to join us in this beautiful

location for four days to study these transformational teachings.

Please share this event with your family members and women in your

classes. Inspire them to live in their excellence and grace. Thank you.

Classes are based on the 1983 Women-In-Training lectures: The

Psychology of the Invincible Woman.

(Sierra)

pool, hiking trails

Come and awaken the potential of your Being and reconnect with your

inner strength and confidence. Offer yourself these four days of

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation and pamper yourself in the hot tub,

stretch your muscles in the swimming pool or explore the beautiful

hills and valley of this 260-acre pristine sanctuary in northern

California.

I have been teaching Kundalini Yoga for over 10 years and practicing

ever since I was in my mother's belly. I look forward to this weekend

every year to support me in my year with my career, my relationship

and family. I always receive so much support from fellow women and am

inspired by the teachings of Yogi Bhajan.

Sat Nam and please feel free to email me with any questions,
