Guest guest
Sat Nam, I am looking into a deeper study of Ek Ong Kar, Sat Gur Prasad, Sat Gur Prasad, Ek Ong Kar. Have you chanted this mantra through a longer periode? What have YOUR experiences been with this specific mantra? Thanks, Sada Nam Singh
Guest guest
Sat Nam Sada Nam Singh, Yogi Bhajan told me to chant Ek Ong Kar, Sat Gur Prasad Ek Ong Kar continuously, silently, as fast as possible, even in the bathroom (breaking all rules) back in 1985. I have been following his Hukam all these years to the extent the mantra fills my aura and Siri Granth Sahib resounds in my heart. Sublime peace flows in with the breath, Pavan Guru. When the mantra is purposefully, silently chanted while doing Sat Kriya calling on the Gurus to wash the world, it immediately dispels all darkness. The Gurus are vast in their reach. In Kirtan Sohila, the Sikh evening prayer, in its reference to " Arti " , a Hindu ritual of circling candles, the candles are the stars! Use the Sat Gurprasad mantra to call on the Gurus' presence in a most deeply profound and intimate way. All blessings on your sacred life journey, Guru Prem Kaur Memoirs of a Yogini, SGGS Path of Life to Light
Guest guest
Sat Nam, I know this mantra as the " Magic Mantra " , one that reverses negativity to positivity--in times where I felt down, or really negative about certain events in my life, I've played this mantra (which is on SatKirin Kaur Khalsa's " Lightness of Being " CD) and it does the trick every time--I feel lighter and better after playing the mantra. Blessings!
