Here's a reminder that in just a little more than two months from now, Chicago's premier Kundalini studio, Spirit Rising Yoga (www.spiritrisingyoga.com) will be hosting the first of two weekend trainings for Conscious Communication, a Level 2 KYTT module, and we'd love to have you join us!

Training dates, weekend #1: January 23-25.

Conscious Communication: Mastery of the WordJoin us for an exceptional six day course exploring our mastery of the word through meditation, readings and dynamic activities. Expect a transformative experience, with practical tools that deepen our connection with self, friends and family and those we hope to inspire through our conscious communication. In this comprehensive course you will learn and have the experience of:• Meditative and Intuitive Speaking• The Art of Deep Listening: Sunni-ai• Applied Consciousness and Mastery of the Fifth Chakra• Shadow and Light: Letting Your Presence Speak• Communicating with the Infinite – Prayer, Grace and the Flow of SpiritCourse fee is only $854 if paid in full by December 12, 2008. After that the fee is $954. Ask about our payment plan. This course is open to those who have completed KRI Level 1 Teacher Training. The course fee includes 48 hours of instruction, student handbook, home study guide, Yogi Bhajan DVD's and 2 meals daily. Completion of 12 hours of home study is required for certification.

Conscious Communication in Chicago will be facilitated by two senior teachers trained by Yogi Bhajan:

New Mexico's Pritpal Kaur Khalsa, RYT 500, KRI Senior Level 1 & 2 Teacher Trainer (www.pritpalkaur.com)

In addition, renowned musician Pritpal Singh Khalsa ("Prayer for the Golden Temple", "One Prayer") will be providing live music.

The training will be held at a beautiful, serene Zen Buddhist Meditation Center within walking distance of the Spirit Rising studio.

Several members of the Chicago Sangat will be opening their homes to out-of-town guests coming to Chicago for the course, so please inquire if you prefer this option to staying in a local hotel.
