Tiffany,

I can relate to what you're saying. I'm new to

this list myself, but I've added it to the lists I

truly enjoy and learn from.

Between this Huna and Ormus you can't be more scattered

than that.

Hello my name is Tiffany I am new to the group and all of the

Kundalini actually. I joined out of pure curiosity. I have been

hearing bits and pieces about this group. I am a bit shy sometimes and

other times I can be an open book. I am 25 married with two kids. I am

a stay at home mom and mostly clean, take care of kids and hang on the

computer. My life/ past wasn't so great. I am very open spiritually i

think there is a connection to pretty much every thing. It's like one

big circle. I am a witch, not Wiccan or Pagan but i fallow a lot of

there beliefs and other religious beliefs. I'm a bit all over the

place but that is how i like it. Open to millions of possibilities.

Not sure what i should say i figure I'll read and listen to others and

Hi,

You could start here at the Kundalini Yoga Info Cntr where Kyoga info

is being cross referenced. All the mantras are listed, kriyas, how to

find a teacher and there is even a section for the new student as well.

Sat Nam!

Go to http://www.kundaliniyoga.com > Teachers Directory

or http://www.yogatech.com > Directory

There you can see if there is a teacher close to you: in my opinion,

especially in the beginning, it's very important to have someone able to

guide us.

If you want something to read, the first books I can think about are

- " Kundalini Yoga: The Flow of Eternal Power " (Shakti Parwha Kaur Khalsa)

- " Introduction to Kundalini Yoga " (Guru Rattana)

Sujan Singh

Sat nam,

Welcome to the NYC Kundalini yoga community!

If you are in the city I would recommend Kundalini Yoga East at Union Square. It is a wonderful welcoming and cozy place. There are many classes offered as well as visiting teachers and special events. The studio is run by 2 long time yogis and students of Yogi Bhajan, Sat Jivan Kaur and Sat Jivan Singh. They have been my teachers since I discovered Kundalini yoga 5 years ago.

Check the website for more information and classes. They have a couple of introductory packages - 1 month of classes at a special price, and 2 classes for just $22 to be used in 1 week.

www.kundaliniyogaeast.com

I teach there on Thursday mornings at 7am - we would love to have you join us or any of the classes that fit your schedule.

many blessings to you,

Atma Bir Kaur

PS.

There is another Kundalini yoga studio downtown - www.goldenbridgeyoganyc.com

And in Brooklyn there is www.kundaliniyogaparkslope.com

Dear Zeph ?

If you are new to KY, please contact Sat Jivan Singh or Sat Jivan

Kaur at Kundalini Yoga East http://www.kundaliniyogaeast.com/

I took my teacher training there and it is a wonderful and supportive

place with regular classes etc..

Hope this is of help to you..
