Guest guest
There has been a lot of talk about jaw grinding. Guru Dev Singh showed me this posture and it completely relaxes the jaw. Sitting upright put your arms straight in front of you at shoulder height palms down. Then bend your arms at the elbows toward each other and place the palm on top of the opposite forearm. Hold this posture for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes. Do this as often as you want. Even if you don't think you hold tension here, try it. You'll see how relaxed your jaw can become. Guest guest
Sat Nam, Thanks so much for sharing this! Did Guru Dev Singh give you any specific focus point, eye position or breathing pattern for this? Thanks. TrulyYours, FilipFilip
