Lee/Wahe Guru Kaur Come join Lee Rothman/Wahe Guru and Denise BeCotte/Sat Mohine for an afternoon of playful yoga, music, dancing and chanting to celebrate this season of light, love and miracles. We will use yoga asanas, breathing and meditation to help us create a wonderful connection with our family and friends to celebrate the true essence of this holiday season. There will be a special treat and surprise at the end of class! When: Dec 20th 2-3;30 pm Where: Awareness Center, 2801 E. Foothill Blvd., Pasadena, CA Cost: $15/adult, $20 for 2, children 12 and under $5.00 Lee Rothman, M.Ed., M.A. and Denise BeCotte are Kundalini yoga teachers who specialize in creating unique classes for children and families.
