Guest guest Posted December 8, 2008 Report Share Posted December 8, 2008 Dear all, I am just at the early stages of my Kundalini practice and am starting to practise Sadhana daily. I would be grateful if anyone has any knowledge about Kriya's for controling appetite? I am also trying to practise mindfullness and being aware of my thoughts and actions. I find that sometimes i eat non sensically or eat all of the food on my plate even though i am not particularly wanting to eat it. I am quite sportive so my appetite is large, however, i want to be more mindfull about this and not so flippant about the food around me. Any words of wisdom relating to Kundalini Kriyas would be really apreciated as i am a self learner and i am trying to understand as much as i can.
