Guest guest
This is no coincidence : the jaw, the fists and the muscles around the first chakra are related. Pregnant women, meaning those who are in labour, should not clench their teeth, since this can hold the baby back. People who have trouble keeping their urine up, should practice their hands to make them stronger, and thus make the muscles for urinating stronger. A woman friend of mine worked in her garden for a few weeks, there was a lot to do since she wanted to decorate her garden with big stones. She worked alone, and lifted the heavy stones until her hands were sore, and you can imagine this lifting was combined with some teeth clenching and weird noises. Afterwards she didn't need those special diapers anymore, done with unwanted peeing ! Blessings, Siri Sant Kaur
Guest guest
Hahaha! This is almost too much information! Great story. But wait... I see how the Teeth relate to the hands, and the Hands relate to the peeing, but how does the Peeing relate to the teeth clenching?? If I grit my teeth, am I strengthening my Kiegel muscle or weakening it? -FF Kundalini-Yoga , " Siri Sant Kaur " <kundalinic wrote: > > This is no coincidence : the jaw, the fists and the muscles around > the first chakra are related. > Pregnant women, meaning those who are in labour, should not clench > their teeth, since this can hold the baby back.
