I play Yogi Bhajan playing the gong at nite as Dr Hari Yogi once said the gong balances the sympathetic and parasympathtic nervous systems and you need less sleep. I find melatonin and benedryl helpful as well as tilo or linden tea. Valerian doesnt work for me and i've been told it actually speeds up about 25% of the people who use it. Life nerve stretch is also helpful . if you wake up at nite to pee like i do at 59, try not to turn lights on. and maybe do life nerve stretch for an tiney bit, the breathing exercise in the flow of eternal power seems to help one get to sleep. i did the kriya for conquering sleep full blast for 40 days, no effect except for painful wrists (probably enhanced by a lot of bkie riding at the time which i also find hard on my wrists. much love to you and nuestras problems con suenos. 1000 blessings, let 100 foowers bloom, Rm Das Singh (John) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
