Guest guest
Satnam, A long time ago I posted a question asking about why I would have a foul odor coming out of my pores after practicing Kundalini Yoga. I didn't get any answers that related...people seemed to think I meant body odor, which it wasn't. Though I'm normally perfectly healthy, I was concerned that something was really wrong. It turns out I had a very decayed wisdom tooth. Once I had it removed, there was no longer a toxic smell after doing breath of fire or intense physical exercise. Just thought I'd post this, as I noticed the same thing happening with one of my students. It's amazing how KY goes right to the areas of the body that need healing and clears them out. I had no idea that decay in the teeth would be moved out through the skin. But, the skin is an organ. My dentist hadn't told me how bad the cavity was. Once I held the tooth in my hand and saw what was going on, I was shocked. Glad I trusted my intuition and went for a second opinion. Guest guest
Sat Nam, I had a similar situation a couple years ago, a sudden pain in a back molar but my dentist said it looked fine. I would learn later that the tooth was cracked and in the process of dying. Over a number of months my health and spirit declined and eventually I developed impetigo on my face (it seemed to originate on my jaw near where the dying tooth was located). After a routine dental visit I needed a root canal on another tooth. When I saw the specialist I mentioned the previous problem with the molar and he said it was obviously cracked and I might need a root canal on that tooth as well. While I awaited that second procedure, I began taking grapefruit seed extract (GSE), an organic antibiotic. The next day a putrid liquid began draining out of my right sinus. I found that the best way to pump it out was to use Kundalini Yoga " frogs, " which I did multiple times per day until all the liquid had drained. It took at least a week and was an incredible experience. I couldn't believe that all that decaying matter had been in my head (!). No wonder I hadn't been feeling well for so long. When the eventual root canal was performed, there was very little decay left in the tooth. With the help of Kundalini Yoga, I had gotten rid of most of it. By the way, I have a new dentist now. Guest guest
>Simran, Thank you for your post. Very interesting. It fascinates me how the KY pushed the bacteria along a pathway to get it out of the body. The tooth I had trouble with was on the left side, and it was the pores on the left side of my ribcage area that were releasing. Glad to hear you found a dentist who cleared everything up. My intuition has been telling me to rinse the mouth every night with warm salt water to prevent problems. Of course it would probably help if I stopped eating candy and drinking coffee with cream and sugar! Guest guest
With all this discussion about tooth decay and bacteria, perhaps you should try xylitol, made from the birch tree and a wonderful dentist put the xylitol into gum and chewable tablets that are delicious. The xylitol has been proven to remineralize the teeth and increase the Ph. I LOVE them. Check out the web site www.zellies.com. You won't be sorry! Guest guest
Karen, Thank you for this info! I went on the website and read all of the information. This is what my intuition had been telling me. If we can heal our bodies with yoga, and they regenerate, then why we have to keep having extensive dental work done? It seems so barbaric... now my dentist wants to redo three more crowns, because of decay between the teeth. My teeth feel fine. I think it's financial. I went to Walgreens and bought all of the rinses and picked up some 100% zylitol gum at the health food store. It's a great program. I just found Awtar Singh's post on this dentist. What a relief! Next I need to email her a thank you. Satpal Kaur
