Transition to a heart center-world - precision on meditations

On pages 126, 127 of Transition to a heart center-world there is a

series of meditations. for each meditation a time is indicated and it

also written "Each meditation can be praticed alone with the time

extended".

 

I have praticed some meditations with the time indicated #2 infinite

kryia (5-11 min) #3 meditation for the technique to accomplish (5-8

min) and meditation #4 to harmonize the magentic field of the eartand

to experiencepeace and joy (3min).

 

Until which time each one of these meditations can be extended?

* How long do you have? :+) The normal times are 11, 22, 31, 62 minutes and 21/2 hours. Take your pick. I suggest working your way up.
