Sat Nam,

These darkest days of the year are the time to plant the seeds for a fantastic

2009.

Kundalini Teacher Training is an amazing way to deepen your practice and become

of

service to others. Join us one weekend a month for 10 months (March through

December)

in beautiful new Hampshire. We will meet in a pristine architect -designed barn

surrounded by fields, gardens and trees. Located in southern New Hampshire close

to

Route 3 and I495, the barn is spacious and light-filled with even heat and air

conditioning.

It has a full kitchen so you will not only learn about foods for healing, you

will cook and

enjoy local organic food with your classmates. Our integrated approach combines

rigorous

yoga and meditation practice, lecture, discussion, creative explorations and

practicum. We

are a " green " training so we will encourage you to carpool and offer a matching

service for

those who need local housing. In this comprehensive yoga teacher training you

will gain

the knowledge, skills, and confidence you need to become a teacher. I have

recruited three

of the best trainers in 3HO- Gurucharan Singh, Hari Kaur and Dr Sham Rang Singh,

to help

me teach this KRI approved training. To download a brochure visit

www.artandyoga.com/downloads/NewHampTTbro.pdf

Sign up before January to keep the cost below $3,000. We look forward to

learning and

growing together.

Blessings

Hari Kirin Kaur Khalsa
