Guest guest
Hi all--I am looking for KY postures, foods, or supplements that might support a torn knee ligament. Curiously enough, my dog just strained her ACL too--same leg as mine! This sweet creature always seems to absorb my pain!Happy Holidays to all, and thanks in advanceSat NAM! Guest guest
>I healed torn ligaments in both of my knees with Bikram Yoga.(I did it every day at home, minus the 100 degree heat.) I no longer practice it, but the sequence is designed for that. (Bikram shattered his knee in a weight lifting accident, and healed himself.) An accupuncturist suggested to me to make a broth of the joint of a chicken. They believe like heals like. The properties from all of the ligaments and tendons can be beneficial, if you don't mind veering off vegetarianism. It worked for me. Walking slowly, without babying it, (once you are able to,) is also good. Most people favor the strong leg when they have a knee injury. They also tend to pronate the knee inward, and drop the arch of the foot to the floor. I think all Kundalini Yoga would help your knee, since it works so inclusively on the body. Knees heal more slowly than other injuries, but they can recover completely. I had 15 years of chronic knee pain as a professional dancer, and now it is completely gone. Family issues can affect the knees. (All 3 of my brothers had knee injuries, too.) Best of luck to you, Satpal Kaur > Hi all-- > I am looking for KY postures, foods, or supplements that might support a torn knee ligament.
