Sat Nam every one. I want to share with you an experience I have at

aquarianpilgrims.ning.com that to me is a direct interaction with God. I have

had the

pleasure of witnessing many people from around the world who are new to doing

Sadhana

expand and grow. Every one who does Sadhana knows the benefits that it brings to

your life.

One of the first things people notice is that sense of bliss that carries with

you through out

the day. One of the next things I noticed was that the decisions I make in every

day life

changed, the food I ate, the people I hang around with, the music I listen to,

all began to

change. The reason I mention this is because when I see the natural evolution of

consciences

in people through doing Sadhana, it reminds me of the universal effectiveness of

this

technology. I know Kundalini Yoga works because I can see it in my life and that

of every

one around me. A reason I would implore you to come and participate and share

your

insight and experience with us is because if it makes a difference in one

persons life then we

have changed the world to a better place. We all know that if someone " gets it "

it spreads to

the world around them. Next thing you know their partner, brother, sister,

Neighbor or

friend wants what they got. Its contagious and spreads love and light around the

world. I

used to think that the best thing I could do to make this world a better place

was to work on

my self. I now realize the best thing I can do is take what Ive learned and

spread it to as

many people as God will allow. So will you join me and do your part to uplift

our brothers

and sisters from all places on this planet? What can you do to lift us up? BE
