Guest guest Posted January 7, 2009 Report Share Posted January 7, 2009 Chandra Kriya, inverted venus lock in the lap, pressing all fingertips upon each other; 4 strokes' inhale accompanied by SA TA NA MA, 2 strokes' exhale with WAHE GURU.. Does anybody know.. why this kriya is so beautiful; why it is only to be practiced by one who has had daily practice for three years or more..
