Guest guest
Sat Nam, I’m interested in engaging some public institutions (schools, hospitals, etc) with idea of teaching Kundalini Yoga. Often times, these organisations want some evidence of the effects of programmes they support. I believe there has been a fair bit of research done on KY (eg: Alzheimer’s and Kirtan Kriya, etc). Is there some central location or resource where to find reports and other such documentary evidence? What do people recommend for approaching somewhat traditional organisations to get your foot in the door? Guest guest
Dear Kundalini Yoga Members, Sat Nam. As Director of Research for the Kundalini Research Institute, I am available as a consultant to all Kundalini Yoga instructors interested in working with special populations and institutions. I have access to, and can provide, research papers and literature that will help support initiatives to introduce Kundalini Yoga into specialized settings or institutions (e.g. hospitals, medical centers, correctional facilities, rehabilitation centers, schools, etc.). Depending upon the circumstances, I can also provide support for conducting research evaluations of your KY program. My email address is khalsa. Please also see the KRI website at: http://www.kriteachings.org/research/research_index.htm Sincerely, Sat Bir Singh Khalsa, Ph.D. of Research Kundalini Research Institute Assistant Professor of Medicine Harvard Medical School Kundalini-Yoga , " Sacred Studio " <sacredstudio wrote: > > Sat Nam, > > > > I'm interested in engaging some public institutions (schools, hospitals, > etc) with idea of teaching Kundalini Yoga.
