Guest guest
Sat Nam, My question is about the third exercise on Subagh Kriya, as in the Shakta Book it reads that repeating the mantra GOD we have to straight the arms and turn them backwards every time (with the thumb inside the fingers), and the manual AUTO EXPERIENCE shows to turn the arms forward, which one is correct? Could anyone help me out with this? Many thanks, Jai Jot
Guest guest
Sat Nam! I've just praticed it with my students following " Self Experience " (one of the KRI Seal of Approval books of Harijot Kaur) and there is clearly wrote " move your arms in small backward circle " . Online I've found a page of " Yoga for Prosperity " (Siri Kirpal Kaur) and the sentence is the same (http://ojardimdelotus.net/documents/prosperidade/Subagh_Kriya.pdf). http://www.dasvandh.org/BecomeRichAndProsperous.htm and http://curezone.com/blogs/fm.asp?i=972892 just say " With the arms at 60 degrees move the arms in small circles " Reading these pages, it seems as it's never indicated to move the arms forward. .....but during this little reasearch you made me think about another question: the word GOD has to be used worlwide or an italian can use (i.e.) DIO (italian translation of God) or also " coming back " to HAR (sanskrit word for God) as once happened to me on a class here in Italy? Guest guest
Sat Nam, I had questions about the Prana Apana set, and the Projection from the Heart meditation. Both have ambiguous directoins. I've noted the two opposing tendencies to be told to be EXACT! Cause this science is so precise and also, to be told not to worry about it when there's a difference in say, the teacher's manual and the other KRI books. That's seems to be a bit 'funny' to me and I think it says that we do the best we can without getting too anxious about doing it 'right' if the directions aren't clear. It feels like the best approach is to find the correct info if we can, and to do the best we can attuning to the energy and letting that guide us (tuning into the Golden Chain). I think its analagous to the way Yogia Bhajan taught Mantra, which was to just start chanting and having people following without any idea what they were chanting or what the pronounciation was...he had tremendous faith (Wisdom?) that we would all entrain or attune to the correct virbation/pronounciation by simply doing it and trusting. On to the questions - Prana and Apana - I've seen Guru Charan teach it with breath of fire combined with stretch pose for a minute. The teacher's manual says that you simply stretch 3 times, toes to head, no breath of fire. The second question is about the Protection/Projection from the Heart with Ad Guray Nameh. Do we say ad guray nameh while exhaling (with prayer pose moving out and up) or after we get to that position? Also, vice versa- do we say jugad guray nameh when we inhale or when our hands meet at the heart? I've asked around and no one is clear from the directions, I have gotten both answers. Sat nam, and thanks! Guest guest
I don't understand how it's ok to use God, Dio or Har since virbation is so importnat in K yoga? I guess only sometimes? Guest guest
Sat Nam! I don't know......I should ask to that teacher who make us pratice Subagh Kriya using " HAR " instead of " GOD " , but unfortunately this is not possible to me right now. I just suppose that the right vibration and the right stimulation can happen using the word " GOD " but since that teacher is very expert (at least he should be...as far as I remember) maybe there is a reason to use " HAR " .............and this is the reason of my question ;-) Blessings!
