This week we added a group to encourage people to participate in the 1000 day

Sadhana that

3HO is orchestrating to bring us to the cusp of the Aquaria age. The love and

kindness of

the members involvement with one another is nothing short of heart felt

compassion. I often

turn to this online sangat for upfiftment and encouragement when I am having

trouble

finding it within my self. The interaction I am having with the other members is

the closest

thing I have to living amongst members of an Ashram. I posted some info relating

to

Ayurveda for people who might want to take their health and their practice to

another level.
