She actually had beaten the Guiness book of records for days without sleep. She did the Conquering sleep set for 30 days until I had to leave town and unfortunately could not keep a regular sadhana without some one else to continually keep her on track. I want to thank everyone who posted on this subject especially Sat Bir Singh as she saw enormous improvement while she was doing the yoga regularly.
