Sat NamCertainly So Darshan Chaka Kriya helps with letting go. It is amazing for that. I was once extremely upset during a break up & I did this & I felt entirely different after even one time.Sat Kriya is also great for this & Kirtan Kriya.... balancing the emotions & letting go. These all work for me... and fast. Anand Kaur
