Can anyone give me advice for a good kriya or meditation to do for

patience, recently I have been really impatient to the point where I

begin to get angry with everyday things. Will apprecitate anyones

advice on this subject. Thanks and Sat Nam

what works for me Best is a prayer... "Thank~You" No matter what the situation, good or not so good, enjoyable or intolorable, the same prayer "Thank~You" if used continually throughout each day ... one begins to develop a New Perspective and a closer relationship with the flow of Life ... and the Creator of these daily events .. and our Life ... and our Gifts ... given and received.

Two words that can change our World, our Perspective, and our Way of Living ... "Thank~You"...

I can't think of a meditation that's not good for patience!

My guess would be you need only to deepen your practice a bit. Try to

do some Kundalini exercises before your meditations to get a deeper

effect. Then try to extend your meditation incrementally up to 31 or

62 minutes per sitting. Also, make sure you are tuning into the Golden

Chain before beginning (Long Ong Namo, Guru Dev Namo x 3), and tuning

out at the ending (Long Saaaaaat Nam x 3).

sat nam and patience pays.

oh yea!... you need to read the poem/prayer by Yogi Bhajan called

" Patience pays " at least 11x/day... That'll do it too. :)
