Guest guest
What it be like? In other words HI. I saw Sikhism and 3HO. It seems this is similiar to Sufism. I read a book about quotes of the Sufi Masters. To me K. Y. is very similiar to Siddha Yoga Meditation. I did not realize there are so many forms of Yoga. I took In search of the Self homestudy Course when I was in the slammer. Feb. is my last month in the Course. I am rereading all my saved lessons. I am poor so I can not buy another Course from anywhere now. I feel I have to stay with S. Y. I am open to other knowledge from other areas. I have inner laughter a lot and joyful crying and crying for no reason. And being happy for no reason. It is not crying out of depression or saddness. I have no friends that are in Sadhana. I thought since my Kundalini is awakened I could join this group. I don't know anything really. I am trying to move to Ann Arbor in June. I am working on my ego and mind and Heart. I have this problem where I tried lots of different things and kept thinking there must be something I am missing - something that will use my time and limited money to the maximum. K yoga is def. a good one but there are probably many great systems I haven't heard of. Any yoga is transformational. I hardly ever go to K yoga class as there are none near me. I go to a Hatha and Astanga classes and I push myself hard. I do 40 day kriyas at home - these are fabulous. After 20 dys or so each day is more beneficial than going to a K yoga class. Hopefully you can print off some kriyas from the sites mentioned on this list. http://www.meditationexpert.com/ has some interesting views. > It is not crying out of depression or saddness. I hope these are tears of release. If so you are doing really well. > I have no friends that are in Sadhana. I would suggest try any group you can. When I get to a new town I go to yoga classes and buddhist groups. I get most comfort from the buddhist groups. I still love zen and will go to a zen (or cha'an) group when I can - I do a hard K yoga kriya first then the zen is magic. > I don't know anything really. Good place to start! Hopefully one day I'll feel like that. Good luck and happy journey Keith
