Guest guest
great referral.....I do many Metabolic Typing tests and I find it so interesting with the clients I work with and their results. Once they find out their type and start adapting the foods that go with their type how successful they feel with their overall health, weight & vitality. The results change...and some foods suggested for specific types may not be appropriate at that time considering other health conditions they may be challenged with i.e. adrenal fatigue, thyroid imbalances, etc. One of the biggest success i've seen with Metabolic typing which is prevalent in many vegetarian diets is Blood Sugar Imbalances. Guest guest
Sat Nam; An interesting book to read is 'Nourishing Traditions' by Sally Fallon which is not vegan or vegetarian and discusses the history of food and inclusion of meat, dairy, poultry and fish. It is an interesting read. Peace & Harmony, Judy - KY teacher in Calgary, Alberta
