Guest guest
Sat Nam Everyone, I wanted to practice and teach the set that's called 'Keeping the Body Beautiful' and I think it is from page 75 of Spirituality and Sexuality book. My question is about the second excercise. It is a 10 x repetition of 'frog' pose. And at the end it has a breath sequence and then it says...'repeat 26 times'. Am I right in thinking 26 times refers to the entire thing and not just to the breath part? So 26 times means doing the entire thing twice and then another 6 times to make up the total?? I thought it could be 26 times 10 ...but that would take A VERY long time!! Can someone clarify this? Many thanks. Sincerely, Leila Ghani
Guest guest
Dear Leila, Sat Nam! Concerning exercise 2 in the Kriya "Keeping the Body Beautiful" on page 75 of Sexuality and Spirituality -- There seem to various interpretations. The two that make sense to me are (1) Do frog pose 10 times. Do the breathing exercise Do frog pose for another 26 times. (2) Do frog pose 10 times Do the breathing exercise Repeat the above 26 times in total. Wow that sounds like a lot! I would certainly hope that that would make your body beautiful!! If you pick (2) I suggest working up to 26 times. In the review for KRI approval, this set was approved as is by KRI. I am going to write them and ask what they suggest. I will get back to you when I get an answer. Blessings, Guru Rattana :+) Original question --I wanted to practice and teach the set that's called 'Keeping the Body Beautiful' and from page 75 of Spirituality and Sexuality book. Yes, this is a relief otherwise it would take a very long time doing 260 of them! >
