Guest guest
Sat Nam, The Chicago Sun-Times wrote a lovely piece about a " Kundalini Gong & Mantra " class held at Kundalini Yoga in the Loop, Chicago. The writer gives a wonderful report on the profound experience she had during the class. Some people commented that they " feel more relaxed " just from reading the article! Guest guest
Sat Nam, Yes, I was there and it was a powerful class...and yes the article has brought tears to my eyes. I had been experiencing a great deal of grief lately and needed the extra support. It's been sometime since I had been to a workshop and had been struggling that evening whether to attend - concerned about funds like many. But I paid online just at the cusp of class, entering a little late coming from work but it was perfect timing for me. I haven't felt that open and profound in the last few months... Thank you again Shakta Kaur and Hari Dev.
