Guest guest
Sat Nam: I'm not 100% sure this questions relates directly to KY, but I know that a number of group members are knowledgeable about foods and supplements (in terms of Ayurveda). My question is: is there any 'component' of ginger that might be considered addictive? I seem to have developed both a physical and mental addiction to raw ginger. Very strange...... Blessings..... Guest guest
Sat Nam, Usually the things we eat over and over again are things that we have an allergy to. Allergies are another way to describe addiction. When we have allergies we create a byproduct of something we can't digest, and that by product creates a sense of craving in the body, which we try to satisfy by taking in more of that same product that creates the allergy in the first place. It's a kind of vicious cycle. Although in the came of Ginger, I would call it a delicious cycle. -Fateh Singh > > > Sat Nam: > > I'm not 100% sure this questions relates directly to KY, but I know > > that a number of group members are knowledgeable about foods and > > supplements (in terms of Ayurveda).
