What would you do if you committed to doing the strengthening the aura kriya for 40 days and your moon cycle happens. Would you do the triangle push ups...or not.....or replace it...?????? I'd avoid truly inverted things like shoulder stand but the triangle push ups seem okay. My periods aren't heavy. I don't know if someone with a heavier flow would feel differently. Guest guest Posted March 4, 2009 Report Share Posted March 4, 2009 Sat Nam, Inversions only affect an extreme Vata constitution or imbalance by stopping the flow. If you have not had that experience in the past then I suggest it is fine to keep up through the cycle. Kundalini Triangle is a mild inversion and one that probably would have little effect even on Vata types.
