Guest guest
Dearest Reg, From my experience, if you ask of your soul, a complete recollection of anyone you may have ever harmed or caused to feel bad or inadequate- then pray for their forgiveness and ask God to bless them in every aspect of their lives...this which you are currently experiencing will fade, and you will feel lighter. Just do it with all of your heart..put all of your sorrow and all of your good intentions toward them in your prayer..it will release those penned up feelings, and it will make your prayer more powerful, because you will want it with all of your heart. With love and hope for you, Tara regcorleonis <regcorleonis wrote: What are the symptoms of non-forgiveness? I have always perceived myself to be a fairly forgiving kinda guy. I don't carry around resentments; I do not spend energy brooding away and plotting the downfall of " enemies " . I do not wish them ill or malice, quite the opposite. The only thing I do perhaps engage in is some gentle chiding of myself to be wiser next time and not to allow these souls to interfere with my equilibrium. BUT. Of late - since the scatterfield was put in place - people who have at one point " offended " me have been occupying some of my dream content. Not in an acrimonious way, mind you. But they are there. And I am taking this as a signal that perhaps my processing of forgiveness is incomplete. Yet, try as I might I cannot see where I am going wrong here. Hence my question: what are the symptoms of non-forgiveness? How would I recognise in the depths of my being that I am stumbling in these efforts. When it comes to forgiving myself for all the bad stuff, I am on more familiar turf and trying very hard, although not succeeding. That is a work in progress. But the other people? I thought I was cool. But obviously not. Please help. love & light reg Be a better Globetrotter. Get better travel answers from someone who knows. Answers - Check it out. Guest guest
Reg, One cannot give to others what one does not give to themselves first...for it isn't there yet to give. Forgiveness is heartfelt...with " feeling " being the key word. In my pathway...I learned that I had to give to myself first...before it was a heartfelt giving to another. This meant...that I needed to look at myself with honesty and understanding of why I would do something, why I would feel some way about someone. I had to look within and realize it was just a projection on to another about how I felt about myself. I did this one thing at a time...when it would come up in my life...which during my study years was everyday. In understanding why I would do something...or feel some way that was other than Divine love...I could easily forgive another knowing that I once walked a mile in their shoes. So it was my own forgiveness that had to come first in me...and in my own forgiveness I was able to see the true heart of another, and the why's of their actions...because they are truly not unlike my own within. Guest guest
Hey Kris, Just know that K is always there with you. The energies and all other experiences are just phenomena! Don't base her presence on that! I had that struggle at some points in my awakening, but learned to know she was there even if I couldn't feel her...as many others struggle with that was well. Feeling her presence is a wonderful and loving feeling, but sometimes the phenomena will cease to give your physical body time to adapt to the change...so know that even if you don't feel her she is there. Continue the practice and the Tibetans and continue surrendering to her! When the time is right she will provide further phenomena. Blessings to you my dear friend. Let Shakti know you love her. Love, Katherine kris <krissnake Wednesday, January 30, 2008 9:51:35 AM please help i feel lost, the last few weeks.I was used to full heartly surrender to k, and she let me feel the requiredenergetic transformations and info.Helas, this is ,now, not occuring anymore.Damn, i do not understand, feel, intuite what my positioning has to be.I feel abandoned. love kris ______________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Guest guest
Hi Kris This is part of the process . You should use this time to fully surrender . Kundalini is working within you now ,even if you do not sense it . Although we are spirit , we are still of a physical body . This body needs time to process all of that which kundalini has given you . My advice would be to fully surrender and rejoice that you are on a wonderful path of enlightenment . Guest guest
I do not think you should fret about not " feeling " Kundalini , surely you can feel happy and complete without Shakti? Without kundalini? We shouldn't become focused on phenomena or sensation and just keep focused on service and love. Love yourself, praise God and know that Kundalini has plateaus when the energy rests so you can absorb and reflect. No expectations is a good place to be. I am learning that myself, not to place value on the feeling of phenomena but to focus on loving fully in the moment, not for some energetic payoff but from a place of heart felt devotion. Guest guest
The Kundalini ebbs and flows. It will not always be the same and I think there are periods of assimilation where we are " digesting " the changes that are occuring. It is easy to get in a panic and think we have been abandoned, but it is not so! In the down time I think we need to deepen our surrender and trust in the process. Guest guest
Well said, Sarita! Kris, she's got it absolutely right! Don't feel bad, we all go through the ups and downs. As fun and interesting as those ups are, we REALLY need those down times. Definitely, surrender and let it process. Our minds and bodies are given quite a lot to take in. Wouldn't want to overload! It's no fun! can tell you.. Love, Valarie -- In , " Sarita " <sarita1969 wrote: > > The Kundalini ebbs and flows. Guest guest
Hi Kris, The Winter Shaktipat was a peak and the last few weeks have been a valley, but, I've noticed that the valley is in the mountains now, not on the plains. love, stag On Jan 30, 2008 8:51 AM, kris <krissnake wrote: > i feel lost, the last few weeks.I was used to full heartly surrender to > k, and she let me feel the requiredenergetic transformations and > info.Helas, this is ,now, not occuring anymore.Damn, i do not > understand, feel, intuite what my positioning has to be.I feel abandoned. > love kris > > >
Guest guest
hey friends, i am a new member to this group.i am mainly interested about kundalini, i have been experiencing a strange sensation since child hood but recently I have realized that it was somewhat similar to kundalini.sometimes on hearing music, visiting temple or simply chanting holy names of god .i have realized that a very cold sensation shoots up straight to my skull from the tip of my spine and numbs my entire body. It will really give me a cold sensation irrespective of weather the outside is hot or cold.during my younger dasys I had told my dad and mom about this hoping that this was regular feeling among adults. but although my dad told me that he had somewhat experienced a very warm energy shooting up he never experienced a cold or tingling sensation.so my doubt is that...is it actually kundalini..this feeling will last only for a few minutes .i had heard that it need regular practise for it's activation so why am i experiencing it without any meditation..can anyone please answer my question…and frankly speaking I have joined this group hoping to find an answer
