Guest guest
To KY group, I find KY absolutely amazing, I know if I keep up with these kriyas prescribed for my condition I can get fully well. I finally managed to do a protocol for an hour or more and came back to sanity. I am having crazy times as I am coming off cannabis and tobacco addiction and have only been off for 11 days now. I am fully investing my life into KY and know through experience that if I can just keep up my practice I can get well and more. The KY wears off and some of the kriyas take practice to do fully. I am very grateful for KY as without it I would be consigned to hell for life. I think I just wanted to reach out a bit to the KY community and discover it's wider applications and lifestyle and meet some new positive people and move on from my damaged past. I just went the wrong way about it and got frustrated. I have to love myself for coming off the drugs and doing it alone, with the KY. I dont want to be crazy like that. So apologies for my tone. I know things are perfect and life is unfolding as it should and at the right time I will meet the right people through grace. All blessings, Paul

Guest guest
Dear Paul,When someone is honest to themselves, then the and the energies that you've called upon by that agreement with yourself hears and responds, since the connections are two way and interactive. I would say that you should honor and love yourself for waking up and acting. Action is so important. Dont get lost in the outside world, always bring your focus to you higher Self who loves you so much and wants you to succeed. Make the breath your best friend. A beautiful and simple act of self love. As you continue your practices of KY, you will feel better in the body, when the body is better, the mind can keep more still, you can meditate and discover your own beauty within you...a whole other universe of jewels waiting to be discovered. I as a human being, honour your Self for bringing you to this space, here and now...Everything starts with self love, the honor of self...the higher self. And the Guru within you is the one who is going to take care of you. Trust, action and commitment will take you across.Sat NamLight, Love, Peace ...Leila Ghani
