Hi Everyone-

Can anyone recommend a book that includes a great set for increasing lung

capacity? Or does anyone have one scanned into their computer that they can

email me? I would really appreciate the assistance.

Thanks!

Sat Nam,

There's a set called " Kriya for Lungs and Bloodstream " which you can find in the

Teacher Trainers manual under the name " Aerobic Capacity & Efficiency " . Or under

the other name in the book KY for Youth and Joy (which you can also find on the

3HO site in web format under Kriyas).

Also, I think there's a set for " Increasing your Lung Capacity " in either the

" Kundalini Yoga Meditation Manual For Intermediate Students " or the other

" Kundalini Yoga Manual " , but I forget which one, I'll have to check it later

this week and get back to you.

You can also do 1 Minute Breaths of various kinds... Either the the 20 second

in, 20 second hold, and the 20 second exhale (working up from 10 seconds each)

or the harder, 15 second inhale, 15s hold, 15s ex, and 15s suspended breath out.

Try 11 minutes, (11 breaths).

That should be plenty enough to turn you blue.

Yes, but that one page online description is missing a lot of detailed

descriptions you can only get from the book – specifically the teacher trainers

manual.

Sat Nam,

No need to get back later this week with the answer (after you have gone through

every book you have), just go to Kundalini Yoga Info Cntr - this page:

http://www.kundaliniyogainfocntr.com/page/J+-+K+-+L++--Conditions

under Conditions - Symptoms - Alphabetical listing

and scroll down for LUNGS and you will find several listings, right now, no

waiting. This is the prime reason I created this website, I got tired of going

through every book I had looking for something.

Blessings,

Thanks! Nice resource... I think it's missing the one Kriya I was referring

to... (which is why I'll always refer to the KRI approved books as a final

resource...) But... Great work, thanks! :)
